Hi. My name is Danny. I am married (see pic on right), and live in Traralgon. I have been working as a support person in the disability sector since making a career change during the Covid pandemic lockdown.

Previously I worked as a nightfill team member at Woolworths, Traralgon for more than a decade.

I have worked across many roles in various industries throughout our country for many years including hospitality, IT, manufacturing, transport, home maintenance, retailing and support work. I enjoy working with people, being active and making a positive contribution to peoples lives.

As a support worker over the last three years I have some aged care experience working with people impacted by dementia, supported people in the home & community care sector and provided companionship and support in the disability care sector as follows:

• ~ 6 months with Latrobe Council, Home and Community Care, Program for Younger People
• ~ 9 months with Interchange Gippsland as a Community Access Worker
• ~ ongoing casual with iCare Nursing as a Support Companion
